		<description>Great article.  The best boss I ever had promoted this type of teamwork by having his direct reports play together.  We would go sailing or to jazz clubs or whatever that would get us to connect as people first, and then as employees.  And most of this happened on our days off.  As a result, we worked very hard, accomplished tons of great stuff, and had a blast doing it.</description>

I also love the fact that these are not mutually exclusive, that you can accelerate these &quot;accelerators&quot; through purposeful combination. For instance, Proximity and Resonance are combined every time we do an offsite.
